Processing Times

We process all orders within 7-14 business days.

If we have a high volume of orders, processing times will take longer. Unexpected delays to happen, and if this is the case, we will contact you via email. 

Shipping

Please note that as an Australian business, our shipping rates for overseas orders may be higher compared to domestic shipping rates. We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers, both locally and internationally. However, due to various factors such as distance, customs regulations, and carrier fees, the cost of shipping internationally can be higher than domestic shipping.

We make every effort to accurately calculate and disclose shipping charges upfront, based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

We encourage all our international customers to review the shipping costs associated with their orders before finalizing their purchase. Additionally, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other import charges may apply depending on your country's regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final.

we do my absolute best to make sure all orders are packaged safety but sometimes packages are put through the ringer during transit.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at bookish.trinity@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If your order is missing something, I’ve accidentally sent you extras or a double up. Please email me so I can rectify the issue. If you have any further questions these can also be emailed to us as well.
